  COOK COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL GEORGIA...
  SOUTHERN TIFT COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL GEORGIA...

* AT 742 PM EDT...THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS DETECTED A SEVERE
  THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60
  MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR PHILLIPSBURG...OR NEAR FENDER...
  AND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
