Crowd comes out for holiday snow

MOULTRIE — Several people came out for Friday night's Winter Festival Under the Lights, featuring man-made snow, classic Christmas cartoons on a huge TV screen, the iconic downtown lights and more. Downtown merchants were open late for the event, sponsored by the Downtown Moultrie Association and City of Moultrie Main Street.
