MOULTRIE — The Rev. Bertrand Bailey Jr. of Mount Pleasant, Texas, will be the guest minister at the Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 418 Love Street in Pelham, on Sunday, Oct. 2, at 4 p.m. He is the pastor of Greater Bible Way Baptist Church in Mount Pleasant, Texas. He is also a recording artist and an evangelist, who runs more than 30 revivals year. Music will be provided by the South Georgia Chapter of the Gospel Music Workshop of America.

The Jubalheirs concert that was to be presented at First Baptist Church in Moultrie, tonight, has been canceled.
The Rev. Wayne Woods, pastor of the church, said that due to the inclement weather in North Georgia, the group needed to cancel the performance.
