Volunteer firefighters battle a Wednesday morning fire that destroyed a mobile home at 6188 U.S. Hwy. 319. Tonya Bynum, who owns the house with her husband, said she left grease on the stove while she talked to a neighbor outside, causing the fire. Volunteers from Ellenton, Norman Park and Northside stations responded to the 10:35 a.m. call.
