Girls charged after fight at CCHS

Colquitt County Sheriff’s Office

• Melissa Williamson reported someone hit the rear window of her Chevrolet Monte Carlo, breaking it out, as she dropped someone off at a house on Doc Lindsay Road in Ellenton Monday. Williamson gave sheriff’s deputies the name of a male suspect.

• Curtis Redmond reported a thief stole a window air conditioning unit from his house on Stiner Road between Jan. 26 and 4 p.m. Monday. The value of the stolen air conditioner was estimated at $300. Redmond gave sheriff’s deputies the name of a male suspect.

• Cleve Dean, of Dandron Road, reported a thief stole a box, containing a gold medallion, an ivory money clip and $1,000 cash, between 8 a.m. Feb. 4 and 2:45 p.m. Monday. The value of the stolen items was estimated at $2,500. Dean gave sheriff’s deputies the name of a male suspect.

• Emily Traylor reported a thief stole her Motorola cell phone from her purse while she was at Colquitt County High School on Park Avenue Friday. The value of the stolen cell phone was $250.
