• Dionna Alexcia Williams, 20, of 326 Ninth St. S.E., Apt. C, was charged Monday with theft of mislaid property.

• Bernice Williams, 48, of 514 Seventh Ave. S.E., was charged Monday with theft of mislaid property.

Colquitt County S.O.

• Walter Ruiz, 18, of 177 Cherry Ave., Lot D, was charged Thursday with fighting.

• Edgar Ruiz, 20, of 177 Cherry Ave., Lot B, was charged Thursday with fighting.

• Edgar Cinto, 22, of 651 Willow Drive, was charged Friday with fighting in a public place.

• Randy Bernard Downs Jr., 18, of 911 Tift St. in Albany, was charged Friday with theft by taking.

Moultrie Police

• A employee at Circuit Board Computers on First Avenue Southeast reported Monday a known male customer paid for a laptop computer using a fraudulent check Feb. 3. The amount of the fraudulent check was $757.55.

Colquitt County S.O.

• James Tatum, of Sumner Road, reported two bulldogs killed two of his goats in a goat pen Monday. The value of the dead goats was $170. One of the two dogs was captured and taken to the Moultrie-Colquitt County Humane Society.
