Woman uses Internet to contact authorities in domestic violence issue

Staff Reports

• John William McCleod, 26, of 592 Rufus Murphy Road, was charged Sunday with racing on public streets and driving with an improperly transferred tag.

• Emy Gilbert, 32, of 314 Fourth Ave. N.W., was charged Sunday with trespassing (third offense) and criminal trespassing.

• Jeremy Deshaun Murray, 25, of 1017 Joe Louis Ave., was charged Monday with disorderly conduct.

• James Antonio Manning, 34, of Moultrie, was charged Saturday with battery.

• Bryan Jordan, 27, of 1306 First Ave. N.W., was charged Friday with possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana.

• Virgilio Guzman Hernandez, 34, of 193 Edwards St., was charged Sunday with duty to obey an officer and driving without a license.

• Pedro Cruz Santiago, 45, of Joe Louis Avenue, was charged Sunday with public drunkenness.

• Mauricio Pedraza, 45, of 407 First Ave., was charged Sunday with public drunkenness (third offense).

• James Daniel Hunter II, 27, of 185 Blackberry Lane, was charged Sunday with simple battery (family violence), reckless conduct and cruelty to children (second degree) (family violence).

• Felix Hernandez, 21, of 589 Circle Road, Lot 7, was charged Sunday with driving without a license, failure to stop at a stop sign and a seatbelt violation.

• Evelio Pedro Ortiz, 21, of 396 Circle Road, was charged Sunday with DUI and driving without a license.

• Josue Fonseca Rosa, 29, of 330 Circle Road, was charged Saturday with driving without a license and defective equipment.

• Saul Vallejo, 33, of 1311 E. Overlook Drive, was charged Sunday with DUI, driving without a license and failure to maintain lane.
