MOULTRIE — David Spence, RTR, who has worked at Colquitt Regional Medical Center for more than 30 years, has been named director of the diagnostic imaging department.

Spence, who came to CRMC in September 1974 has worked in practically every department in the hospital and since joining the diagnostic imaging department has served in every capacity within that department.

He has been named Colquitt Regional’s employee of the month three times and he was named employee of the year in 2006. Spence is a Moultrie native and a graduate of Valdosta State University.

“I have always enjoyed working the field of medicine and always enjoy working with and taking care of patients,” Spence said. “I look forward to leading the diagnostic imaging department into the future of medical imaging.”
