31 to vie for first Miss Moultrie Spring Queen

MOULTRIE — On Saturday, 31 girls and women from the ages of 0-20 will compete in Downtown Moultrie’s first Miss Moultrie Spring Queen Pageant.

The competition will begin at 2:15 p.m. in the Lewis Hill Amphitheater on the Colquitt County Courthouse Square, and is part of The Spring Fling and Backyard BBQ Festival. The pageant is free to the public.

Age categories and those competing are:

• In the Baby category, ages newborn to 23 months, are Elizabeth Pope of Pavo, Katie Crosby of Hartsfield, Rylee Bryant of Hartsfield, Caroline Howell of Moultrie, Kaylee Creamer of Moultrie and Makinley Morris of Moultrie.

• In the Teeny Miss category, ages 2 to 5 years old, are Katherine Estrada of Moultrie, Shelly Azar of Moultrie, Karson Carroll of Norman Park, Montana Tatum of Moultrie and Abbigail Howard of Albany.

• In the Little Miss category, ages 6 to 9 years old, are Alli Spence of Moultrie, Christina Aldridge of Pavo, Yasmin Johnson of Moultrie, Madison Chapman of Leesburg and Kaycee Blalock of Sylvester.

• In the Petite Miss category, ages 10 to 12 years old, are Danielle Collum of Moultrie, Hanna Martin of Moultrie, Grade Burnette of Norman Park, Daley Scott of Moultrie, Billie Mills of Moultrie, Lea Barrow of Moultrie and Ny’Briah Gudes of Moultrie.

• In the Teen Miss category, ages 13 to 15 years old, are Libby Norton of Adel, Hannah Fambro of Doerun, Dara Baker of Moultrie and Hannah Hancock of Moultrie.

• In the Miss category, ages 16 to 20 years old, are Maria Hernandez of Pavo, Jennifer Eadie of Ashburn, Morgan Welch of Pavo and Haley Grier of Colquitt.
