MOULTRIE — Quite a number of arrests were reported Tuesday by local law enforcement on a wide array of charges ranging from drug violations to family violence.

They included:

Moultrie Police

• Bruce Lydell Johnson, 21, of 820 Northside Drive, was charged Sunday with forgery in the first degree for allegedly passing a fake $100 bill at R&R Quick Mart on Fourth Avenue Northeast March 31.

• Jeremiah Aaron Sailor, 18, 212 Dorothy St. N.E., was charged Monday with driving without a license.

• Kenneth DeWayne Powell, 17, of 118 Fifth St. S.W. Apt. B, was charged Monday with duty to obey a police officer.

• David Martinez, 32, of 2303 Sylvester Drive, was charged Tuesday with driving while unlicensed and giving false name and date of birth to a police officer.

• Francisco Martinez, 20, of 628 Lawrence Road, was charged Tuesday with driving while unlicensed.

• Reginald Eugene Gary, 41, of Vienna, Ga., was charged Monday with violation of probation.

• Marlyn Jermaine Spradley, 27, of 114 Ninth Ave. N.W., was charged Monday with theft by receiving and battery (family violence).

Colquitt County S.O.

• A 16-year-old male was charged Friday with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, obstruction and criminal trespass. The teen allegedly was selling marijuana in the Moultrie Manor area, the Drug Enforcement Team report said.

• William Rhodes, 21, of 314 First Ave. S.W., was charged Saturday with possession of cocaine and a felony probation warrant. The Drug Enforcement Team reported a citizen told an officer Rhodes was selling cocaine. Officers stopped him in the 200 block of Third Avenue Northwest and questioned him. He was arrested after three pieces of crack cocaine were found in his pocket, the officers’ report said.

• Lorenzo Nemesio, 26, 602 Circle Road, was charged Monday with no driver’s license, a window tint violation and a violation of the law requiring a new resident to register his vehicle within 30 days.
