MOULTRIE — Four Colquitt County residents reported they were victims of property theft Thursday. Items reported stolen included clothing, tools, food, cash, a money order, personal hygiene items and a pickup truck.
The value of the items reported stolen was estimated at about $17,222. Those who reported being the victims of theft were:
• Jackie Young reported a thief stole her GMC Sierra pickup truck while it was parked at Wal-Mart on South Veterans Parkway Thursday. The value of the stolen truck was estimated at $15,000.
• Earl Davis reported a thief stole a pair of denim pants, shirts, 10 pairs of socks, a pair of Hanes boxer briefs, a set of uniforms, a pair of Nike shoes, a set of Remington hair clippers, a a tube of Crest toothpaste, eight packs of Ramen noodles, bags of chips, a Koran, a photo album with photos inside, a suit case and a duffle bag from his room at Town Terrace Motel on South Main Street Thursday. The value of the stolen items was estimated at about $400.
• Kimberly McCloud reported a thief stole a money order she had lost at the Circle N Petro on First Avenue Southeast Thursday. The amount of the stolen money order was $201.
• Christopher Smith, of Sardis Church Road, reported a thief stole a Dewalt Sawsall, a Craftsman socket set, a wrench set and $1,200 cash between 1 p.m. and 3:40 p.m. Thursday. The value of the stolen items was about $1,621.
Arrests
Moultrie Police
• Ju’Berille Setil Williams, 18, of 404 Seventh Ave. S.W., Apt. 9, was charged Thursday with making terroristic threats and acts.
• Two juvenile boys were each charged Thursday with disorderly conduct and affray.
Colquitt County S.O.
• Robert Will Corbin, 42, of 602 Ninth St. S.W., was charged Thursday with theft by taking and theft by deception.
• Michael Allen Terry, 48, of 1530 Myron Hart Road in Coolidge, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct.
Other Incidents
Moultrie Police
• Chris Gaither reported someone damaged the walls at his rental house on Mary’s Lane between 2:30 p.m. Wednesday and 9:30 a.m. Thursday. Damage was estimated at $200.
• Katherine Spradley reported Thursday someone used her Social Security number to get a job at Sanderson Farms on Highway 133 South.
