• Derrick Antonio Hayes, 24, of 165 Lakeview Acres Road, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana less than one ounce, driving with a suspended license, DUI and possession of a drug-related object.

• Timothy Edward Fielder, 41, of 2587 Pummy Road in Ochlocknee, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license.

• Noe Hernandez, 25, of 1156 Jonah Tillman Road, was charged Monday with driving without a license and speeding.

• Yvonne Neal reported a female acquaintance and four juveniles punched and beat her while she was on Fifth Avenue Southeast Sunday. Neal had swelling to her face from the incident.

• An employee at Ameris Bank on First Avenue Southeast reported being given a counterfeit $10 bill Monday.

• An employee at Artistic Flowers on Fourth Avenue Southeast reported someone cut the wires and copper lines of a Goodman air conditioning unit between noon Saturday and 9 a.m. Monday. Damage was estimated at about $500.

• Catherine Small, of Northside Drive, reported Monday someone made three ATM withdrawals from her checking account June 1. The amount of the fraudulent withdrawals was $1,330.

• Ted Hinderson reported a thief stole a Dewalt air compressor from the back of his truck while he was at Lowe’s on North Veterans Parkway Monday. The value of the stolen air compressor was $350.
