City, county record 48 arrests

Staff Reports

• Jose Sanchez, 35, of 15th St. S.E., Apt. 3, was charged Sunday with DUI, driving without a license and failure to stop at an accident with damage.

• Micky James White, 43, of 409-D 31st Ave. S.E., was charged Sunday with DUI and driving with a suspended license.

• Derrick Deshawn Madison, 28, of 620 Oak Circle, was charged Sunday with criminal trespassing.

• James Antonio Manning, 34, of 703 First St. S.W., was charged Sunday with theft by taking and obstruction.

• Tony Jerome Thornton, 37, of 700 Seventh Ave. S.E., was charged Sunday with duty to obey an officer and simple battery (family violence).

• Celestino Nunez Pacheco, 26, of 2820 First Ave. S.E., Lot 3, was charged Sunday with DUI, failure to maintain lane and driving without a license.

• Terrance Bernard Anderson, 19, of 2534 Oakland Springs Drive in Snellville, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana less than one ounce and defective equipment.

• Rosalino Teratol Gomez, 22, of Moultrie, was charged Sunday with trespassing and public drunkenness.

• Lawrence William Banks Jr., 20, of 402 Ninth Ave. S.E., was charged Wednesday with leaving the scene of an accident, attempting to elude officers, failure to maintain lane, reckless driving, failure to stop at a stop sign, driving on the wrong side of a roadway, criminal attempt to commit robbery and possession of a firearm while attempting to commit robbery.

• George Hernandez, 20, of 62 Regency Village Drive, Lot 46, was charged Friday with an open container violation.

• Kevin Gomez, 21, of Regency Village Drive, Lot 37, was charged Friday with an open container violation.

• Jacolby Altonae King, 20, of 1515 Fourth Ave. N.E., Apt. D-1, was charged Thursday with battery (family violence).

• Carrita Nacole Gilliard, 22, of 917 Ninth St. S.W., was charged Friday with four counts of deposit account fraud.
