Man cut during robbery
Staff Reports
MOULTRIE — A Moultrie man reported he was cut and then robbed at knifepoint during an argument early Sunday morning.
Arthur Hunt, of Maple Street, reported he and a female acquaintance got into a verbal argument at his house at 4:14 a.m. Sunday. During the argument, the woman pulled out a knife and cut Hunt’s shirt and cut him.
The acquaintance then demanded money from Hunt, and he gave her $40 cash, which was all he had on him at the time. The woman then left the house, and Hunt called 911 and met with an officer on Old Doerun Road. Officers searched the house to make sure the woman had not returned then left the scene.
