MOULTRIE — The Colquitt County Sheriff’s Office charged two teenagers Tuesday who allegedly broke into several vehicles in the Tallokas Trails area early Sunday morning.
Jonathon Weaver, 17, of Cannon Road, and Brandon Wayne Cooper, 19, of Barnhill Road, were each charged with 11 counts of entering an automobile. Cooper was also charged with two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and probation violation.
Colquitt County Sheriff’s Investigator Sgt. Shawn Bostick said a search warrant was served at Cooper’s house Tuesday. Deputies and investigators recovered several items that had been reported stolen there, and Weaver returned several other items.
