Colquitt County S.O.

• Danny Smith, 56, of 6446 Highway 133 S., was charged Tuesday with battery.

Georgia State Patrol

• Justin Cedric Suber, 25, of 308 C.O. Kennedy Road in Pavo, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and a seatbelt violation.

• Timothy Wayne Sumner, 34, of 114 Janet St. in Sparks, was charged Saturday with DUI and being an habitual violator.

Other Incidents

Moultrie Police

• Donshica McShane, of Fourth Avenue Northeast, reported someone cut all four tires on her Honda Accord between noon Dec. 19 and 11:27 a.m. Tuesday. Damage was estimated at $400.

• An employee at Ameris Bank on First Avenue Southeast reported Tuesday a known male customer opened an account Dec. 19 using a fraudulent check and withdrew money from the account Dec. 22 before the fraudulent check was discovered.

• An employee at Moultrie Package Store on North Veterans Parkway reported Tuesday two known male customers each cashed a fraudulent check Dec. 17. The amount of the fraudulent checks was $706.57.

• An officer responded to an alarm at Subway on West Central Avenue Wednesday and found someone broke out a glass door. Damage was estimated at $500.
