MOULTRIE — Spiritual Awards

S.W.A.T. will have its second annual Spiritual Awards at 6 p.m., on Saturday, Dec. 1, at Willie J. Williams Middle School. This is a formal affair.

NAACP Meeting

The NAACP will meet at 7 p.m., on Monday, Dec. 3, at the Ryce Center.

Team Lean 2013

Team Lean 2013, a ten-week weight loss competition, wil start Jan. 3 and end March 14, 2013. Registration will be open from Dec. 3 to Jan. 10. Participants may compete as a team of three or as an individual. For more information, call Felicia Richardson or Trey Duncan at 985-1154.

Serenity House Fundraiser

The Moultrie Police Department is hosting a fundraiser for Serenity House. Christmas portraits will be taken at the Barber-Tucker Bed and Breakfast Saturday, Dec. 1 and Sunday, Dec. 2, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, contact Kim Young at 319-3755, Donna Wilson at 319-3969 or Cindy Weeks at 890-5500.

Christmas Showcase

The Colquitt County Arts Center will be presenting ‘A Crazy Christmas Showcase’ on Saturday, Dec. 8, at 7 p.m., and Sunday, Dec. 9, at 2 p.m.
