Deaths reported to The Moultrie Observer on Wednesday, April 4, 2012, include Leon Carlton, 84 of Loganville, Ga.; Debra Lee Griffin, 59, of Moultrie; Ruby Inez Alderman Jolly, 84, of Moultrie; Anthony Tyshaun Keith, 27,  of Moultrie; Joseph Harris Rogers, 49, of Ocilla; Charles Wesley Harrell, 84, of Norman Park; and John Ward Herndon Sr., 71, of Tucker, Ga., and formerly of Moultrie.
