Municipal Court for the April 23 edition



The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Gonzalo Chavez Rodriguez was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Ghassan Safi was charged with speeding 67 in a 45. Bond was forfeited.

Herminio Sanchez was charged with tag light required. Bond was forfeited.

Herminio Sanchez was charged with no driver’s license. Bond was forfeited.

Frank Scutti was charged with driving while license was suspended/revoked and sentenced to pay $777 and 12 months probation.

Adriann Shorter was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Perfect Yvonne Simpson was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Deana Gay Sloan was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Roderick Manual Smith was charged with tag light required. Bond was forfeited.

James Lee Sumner was charged with improper lane change/not proper position and sentenced to pay $109 and 3 months probation.

Tyler Swanner was charged with failure to yield while turning left. Bond was forfeited.

Milton Larry Thomas Jr. was charged with expired tag. Bond was forfeited.

Milton Larry Thomas Jr. was charged with open container violation. Bond was forfeited.

Milton Larry Thomas Jr. was charged with failure to use signal. Bond was forfeited.
