Municipal Court for the March 14 edition

MOULTRIE — The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Sherron Gregory Boyd, 34, pleaded guilty to two counts of shoplifting. Boyd was sentenced to a total of 45 days jail and 24 months probation and banned from both Walmart and the city of Moultrie.

Bobby Durrell Ellerson, 26, pleaded no contest to duty to obey a police officer and guilty to driving while license suspended or revoked, DUI, fleeing or attempting to elude police and reckless driving. Ellerson was sentenced to a total of 185 days in jail and ordered to undergo the Risk Reduction Program.

Francisco Sanchez Gomez, 39, pleaded guilty to speeding (62 mph in a 45 mph zone) and no driver’s license. He was sentenced to a total of 38 days jail and released to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Courtney Graham, 23, pleaded no contest to giving false name/address/date of birth to officer, failure to stop for an accident with damage, failure to stop at a stop sign and no driver’s license. Graham was sentenced to 28 days jail.

Ricky Lee Harper Jr., 19, pleaded guilty to violation of probation and was ordered to pay $1,633 or serve 59 days in jail.

Demetrius Antonio Johnson, 37, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 13 days jail.

Kurt Vanallen Jones Jr., pleaded guilty to failure to stop at a stop sign and driving while license suspended or revoked. He was sentenced to a total of 30 days in jail.

Linda Sue Kriegbaum, 32, pleaded guilty to prostitution and was sentenced to 24 days jail.

Corey Joseph Mays, 20, pleaded guilty to illegal possession of alcohol by a minor and was sentenced to 13 days jail.

David Christopher Mays, 20, pleaded guilty to illegal possession of alcohol by a minor and was sentenced to 14 days jail.

Benjamin Jerome McGee, 30, pleaded guilty to duty to obey a police officer and was sentenced to 10 days jail.

Peter Dontae Mitchell, 28, pleaded guilty to duty to obey a police officer and shoplifting. He was sentenced to 17 days jail and 12 months probation, fined $750 and banned from West Central Package Store.

Wayne Kyle Morris, 20, pleaded guilty to pedestrian must not dart in traffic and was sentenced to 20 days jail.

Joshua Dwayne Peterson, 27, pleaded no contest to duty to obey a police officer and was sentenced to 10 days jail.

Daniel Lamar Simpson, 26, pleaded no contest to trespassing. Simpson was fined $325 and sentenced to 4 days jail and 10 months probation.

Gregory Leon Sloan, 57, pleaded guilty to shoplifting. He was fined $650, sentenced to 5 days jail and 12 months probation, and banned from Sav-A-Lot.

Danny Oscar Smith,   59, pleaded guilty to open container violation and was sentenced to 5 days jail.

Charges of violation of probation (2 counts) were dismissed against Levi Gerrell Todd, 25.

Kristopher John Watson, 35, pleaded guilty to malicious mischief and was sentenced to 10 days jail.

Mitchell Scott Adderton, 18, was charged with improper passing of an emergency or towing vehicle. Bond was forfeited.

A charge of open container violation against Rebecca Gail Alcantara, 18, was dismissed.

Brad Christopher Allen, 33, was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Michael Lamar Alligood, 26, was charged with expired tag. Bond was forfeited.

Akeiba Shomari Barge, 19, was charged with operating with a learner’s permit. Bond was forfeited.

Francis Kay Bell, 52, was charged with speeding (58 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Samuel Bentley, 71, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended or revoked. Bentley was fined $2,075.

A charge of speeding (68 in a 55) was dismissed against Gage Benton, 17.

Jack Owens Beverly, 58, was charged with running a red light. Bond was forfeited.

Marvin Clifton Blair, 31, pleaded guilty to expired tag and no contest to no proof of insurance. He was fined a total of $576 and sentenced to 12 months probation.

Dontavia Maurice Bledsoe, 22, pleaded guilty to noise violation (loud music from vehicle). Bledsoe was fined $207, sentenced to 12 months probation and ordered to remove the radio from the vehicle for 12 months. Bledsoe was also charged with operating with a learner’s permit; bond was forfeited.

Bradley Jesse Bowen, 36, pleaded no contest to following too closely and was fined $109.

Daniel Boyd, 42, pleaded guilty to one count shoplifting and no contest to a second count. Boyd was fined $850, banned from Walmart and   ordered to undergo drug screening. He was also sentenced to 15 days jail and 24 months probation, with the jail time to be served on week- ends.

Takerrah O. Bradford, 23, was charged with expired driver’s license and expired tag. Bond was forfeited.

John Colby Browning, 22,  was charged with expired tag. Bond was forfeited.

Peggy Sue Butts, 42, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Agustin Castro Cabrera, 23, was charged with no driver’s license and running red light. Bond was forfeited.

Erionne B. Christopher, 25, was charged with running red light. Bond was forfeited.

Brandon Lee Collins, 22, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Gayle Marie Cooper, 27, was charged with running a red light. Bond was forfeited.

Justin Lee Cooper, 30, was charged with running a red light. Bond was forfeited.

Wesley Antonio Copeland, 25, was charged with expired tag. Bond was forfeited.

Isaac Crimley, 29, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Jessie Owen Curtis, 23, was charged with running a red light. Bond was forfeited.

Gail Benton Edwards, 57, was charged with speeding (49 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.

Tammy D. Freeman, 44, was charged with running a red light. Bond was forfeited.

Charlotte Diane Furney, 50, was charged with speeding (68 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Vernissie Karen Gaines, 54, was charged with speeding (68 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Gabriel Antonio Galarza, 20, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Merchel Lamar Gay, 28, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended or revoked, fleeing or attempting to elude   police, reckless driving and defective equipment. Gay was fined $2,721, sentenced to 32 months probation and ordered to serve 5 days in jail on weekends.

Gilberto Gonzalez, 33, was charged with expired driver’s license. Bond was forfeited.

Oscar Godinez Gonzalez, 37, was charged with speeding (60 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.
