Municipal Court for the Jan. 23 edition

MOULTRIE — The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Maria Rufina Bardales, 32, was charged with three counts of safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Geraldine Bennefield, 51, was found not guilty of failing to change her name or address on her driver's license within 60 days.

Victor Burwell Betts, 49, pleaded guilty to driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag and pleaded no contest to no proof of insurance. Betts was fined $752 and sentenced to 10 months probation.

Esthel Amorita Boatwright, 24, pleaded no contest to expired tag, no license on person and no proof of insurance. Boatwright was fined a total of $587 and sentenced to 10 months probation.

Frenchie Lavorn Brinkley, 53, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Wesley Douglas Broussard, 73, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $325.

Tama Monique Bullock, 24, pleaded guilty to driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag and was fined $311 and sentenced to 3 months probation.

Lamar Solomon Burkett, 63, was charged with two counts safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Latavious Tymareus Clark, 22, was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Charles Wayne Cooper, 73, was charged with speeding (69 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Terri Corbin, 49, pleaded guilty to driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag and pleaded no contest to no proof of insurance. Corbin was fined a total of $752 and sentenced to 12 months probation.

Gina Denise Curry, 30, was charged with speeding (71 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Kebrisky Jerrod Daniels, 26, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay $325 or serve 12 days jail.

Pleshette Daniels, 41, pleaded guilty to driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag and was fined $311 and sentenced to 10 months probation.

Martha Elena Duran, 20, was charged with speeding (64 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Betty Manley Eason, 39, was charged with speeding (71 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Wanda Sauls Eubanks, 59, was charged with expired tag. Bond was forfeited.

Alison Avery Faulkner, 34, was charged with expired tag and no license on person. Bond was forfeited.

Jessica M. Garcia, 28, was charged with driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag. Bond was forfeited.

Maria Angelica Garcia, 37, was charged with headlight requirements and no driver's license. Bond was forfeited.

Jenna Lynn Griner, 23, was charged with speeding (65 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Byron Lemar Hall, 35, pleaded guilty to driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag and was fined $311 and sentenced to 10 months probation.

Carlos Hightower, 41, was charged with expired tag. Bond was forfeited.

Jeffry K. Horne, 40, was charged with failure to yield after stop/stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Jauntae Antwon Hutchinson, 28, was charged with unnecessary noise not involving vehicle and operating a business without a license. Bond was forfeited.

Kim Michelle James, 33, was charged with expired tag. Bond was forfeited.

Tanisha Jones, 36, pleaded no contest to following too closely and was fined $109 and sentenced to 3 months probation.

Cole Riley Kelly, 17, was charged with speeding (83 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Cameron Harsh Klar, 18, was charged with running red light. Bond was forfeited.

Tiffany Janiece Lovett, 25, was charged with driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag. Bond was forfeited.

Kirbi Calvin Lynch Jr., 31, was charged with speeding (61 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Nicolas Miguel Mateo, 24,was charged with tag light required and no driver's license. Bond was forfeited.

Shaquita Suzanne McKoy, 24, was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Leigh Arie McNeal, 24, was charged with following too closely and driver exercise due care. Bond was forfeited.

Geraldine W. McNeil, 50, was charged with four counts of safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Amy Michelle McNemar, 35, was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Melissa Ann Miles, 21, pleaded no contest to driving while license suspended/revoked and was fined $777 and sentenced to 10 months probation.

Tiffany Kenyata Milton, 28, pleaded no contest to wrong class of driver's license and was fined $125 and sentenced to 3 months probation.

Jesse James Misenheimer, 17, was charged with speeding (58 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Taylor Leigh Mitchell, 23, was charged with speeding (69 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

William Nicholas Mobley, 17, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Jose Manuel Monita, 22, pleaded guilty to tag light required and driving while license suspended/revoked. Monita was fined a total of $1,336 and sentenced to 12 months probation.

Jack McArthur Montgomery, 63, was charged with expired tag. Bond was forfeited.

Walter J. Murphy, 73, was charged with improper backing. Bond was forfeited.

Denise Dakota Myers-Moore, 19, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Michael James Clint Nixon, 31, was charged with headlight requirements and driving while license suspended or revoked. Surety bond was forfeited.

Kenneth Danta Norman, 26, was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Lillian Ann Nunn, 36, pleaded guilty to shoplifting. Nunn was ordered to pay $650 or serve 23 days jail, and she was banned from Walmart.

Sabrina Faison Odom, 51, was charged with speeding (49 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.

Jamario Maurice Peeks, 27, pleaded guilty to speeding (61 in a 45) and four counts of safety belts violation (children). Peeks was fined a total of $230 and sentenced to 3 months probation.

Shimekia Mekela Pinkins, 23, pleaded guilty to tampering with electrical meter and theft of services. Pinkins was fined $1,300 and sentenced to 16 months probation.

Lee R. Saxton, 70, was charged with DUI, driving while license suspended/revoked, failure to maintain lane and open container violation. Surety bond was forfeited.

Ana Laura Segwa, 23, pleaded guilty to no driver's license and driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag. Segwa was fined a total of $1,061.

Megan Denise Sharpe, 27, pleaded guilty to driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag and no proof of insurance and was fined $752 and sentenced to 12 months probation.

Brandy Michelle Smith, 39, was charged with driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag. Bond was forfeited.

Dorothy G. Spruill, 78, was charged with running red light. Bond was forfeited.

Funntae Latoy Steele, 24, pleaded guilty to shoplifting. Steele was fined $650, sentenced to 5 days jail and 12 months probation and banned from Dollar General Store.

Esau Tabarez, 27, was charged with no driver's license and tag light required. Bond was forfeited.

Troy Taylor, 78, was charged with expired tag. Bond was forfeited.

Kim Denise Terry, 32, pleaded guilty to driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag and was fined $311 and sentenced to 6 months probation.

Joshua Alan Thompson, 26, was charged with public drunk. Bond was forfeited.

Catalina Tomas, 35, was charged with expired driver's license and two counts of safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Peggy Lee Trim, 44, was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Ethan Lloyd Vick, 22, was charged with speeding (70 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Netosha Lashay Ward, 38, was charged with expired tag. Bond was forfeited.
