Municipal Court for the Feb. 6 edition

MOULTRIE — The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Ladarious Deandrea Blackwell, 20, pleaded guilty to violation of probation and was sentenced to 17 days jail.

Christa Gale Carter, 36, pleaded guilty to DUI, tag light required, expired driver’s license and removing/affixing tag with intent. Carter was fined a total of $1,838; was sentenced to 1 day jail, 18 months probation and 60 hours community service; and was ordered to attend the Risk Reduction Program and Victims Impact Panel.

James Lee Clayton, 24, pleaded guilty to possession of ounce or less of marijuana and trespassing. He was sentenced to 62 days jail.

David Davis, 43, pleaded guilty to giving false name/address/date of birth to officer and disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 41 days jail.

Tonisha Nichole Roney, 29, pleaded guilty to violation of probation and was sentenced to 109 days jail.

Kaylon Jane Sanders, 21, was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Derrick Lamont Smith, 27, pleaded guilty to violation of probation, DUI, no driver’s license and open container violation and was sentenced to a total of 95 days jail.

Jarvis R. Snead, 23, pleaded guilty to violation of probation and was sentenced to 27 days jail.

James Elwood Wright, 43, pleaded guilty to public drunk and vagrancy and was sentenced to 30 days jail.

Ronnie Lee Wright, 58, was found guilty of violation of probation and sentenced to 10 days jail.

Dina Cannon, age unknown, was charged with violation of probation and was sentenced to 24 days jail.

Uriel Angel Barrera, 18, pleaded no contest to no driver’s license and tag light required and was fined $537.

Robert M. Blackstock, 44, was charged with running a red light. Bond was forfeited.

Timothy Wayne Bradley, 28, pleaded no contest to speeding (62 in a 45) and was fined $130.

Horace Daniel Brown, 40, was charged with running a red light. Bond was forfeited.

Dina Cyleen Cannon, 42, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended/revoked and was sentenced to 24 days jail.

Rachael Lauren Carswell, 22, pleaded no contest to speeding (57 in a 35) and was fined $156.

Sarah Denise Chappell, 29, was charged with speeding (50 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.

Devorest Shanzell Cokley, 42, was charged with speeding (56 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.

Thomas Cruz, 26, pleaded guilty to no driver’s license and no brake lights/working turn signals and was fined $630.

John Allen Daniels, 56, was charged with DUI. Surety bond was forfeited.

Griffin Daniel Dunn, 18, was charged with speeding (53 in a 35), but that was reduced to speeding (48 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.

Monica Edwards, 31, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Christopher David Evans, 28, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Pablo G. Flores, 61, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Ann Patricia Garza, 27, was charged with failure to maintain lane. Bond was forfeited.

Bobby Rashaun Grant, 27, was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Willie James Harper Jr., 31, was charged with no license on person. Bond was forfeited.

Mona A. Hayes, 38, was charged with speeding (65 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Julio Ceasar Hernandez, 29, was charged with DUI, no driver’s license and failure to maintain lane. Surety bond was forfeited.

Ruben Cisneros Hernandez, 62, pleaded guilty to failure to maintain lane and was fined $109.

Linda Elaine Hickman, 49, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Carol Moffett Hood, 58, was charged with failure to yield while turning left. Bond was forfeited.

Cameron Jackson, 17, pleaded guilty to shoplifting. Jackson was fined $650; sentenced to 5 days jail and 12 months probation; and banned from Walmart.

Eddie Jackson, 46, pleaded guilty to animal restraint violation and was fined $65.

William Brent Johnson, 34, was charged with safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Earnest Dan Jordan, 65, was charged with running a red light. Bond was forfeited.

Marshell King, 47, was charged with speeding (65 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Hector Moreno Legorreta, 30, pleaded guilty to no driver’s license, failure to stop at a stop sign and DUI. A charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed. Legorreta was fined a total of $2,414; was sentenced to 1 day jail, 24 months probation and 60 hours community service; and ordered to attend the Risk Reduction Program and Victims Impact Panel.

Cabrera Vinicio Lopez, 29, pleaded guilty to no driver’s license and following too closely. Lopez was fined $609 and sentenced to 6 months probation.

Shamone Nicole Martin, 29, was charged with speeding (60 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Edgar Allen Martinez, 22, was charged with tag light required, no driver’s license, no proof of insurance and canceled registration. Bond was forfeited.

Rahem Jaudon McBride, 33, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Ulysses McBurrows, 65, was charged with expired tag. Bond was forfeited.

Olivia Caprice McNeal, 19, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Deborah D. Miller, 42, was charged with shoplifting. Surety bond was forfeited.

Rhoderick Kentrel Moore, 17, pleaded guilty to shoplifting. Moore was fined $650, sentenced to 5 days jail, and banned from Walmart.

Osbanny Moreno, 27, was charged with speeding (54 in a 35) and no license on person. Bond was forfeited.

A charge of expired tag was dismissed against Floyd Brown Peters, 54.

Charges of failure to maintain lane and no license on person were dismissed against Julius J. Peterson, 27.

Emilee Rebecca Prestridge, 18, was charged with speeding (69 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Rhyheem Jamal Rhymes, 18, pleaded no contest to following too closely and was fined $109.

Linda Rivera, 33, pleaded no contest to duty to obey a police officer and was sentenced to 14 days jail.

Misael Rosales, 20, was charged with no driver’s license and tag light required. Bond was forfeited.

Azucena Garza Salazar, 32, was charged with speeding (58 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Juan Sebastian, 32, was charged with taillights/lenses required and no driver’s license. Bond was forfeited.

Deborah Hann Shields, 57, was charged with improper lane change/not proper position. Bond was forfeited.

Laquonda A. Simpson, 24, was charged with expired driver’s license. Bond was forfeited.

Darrell Smith, 50, was charged with public drunk. Bond was forfeited.

James Thomas Smith, 70, was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Shimorris Montez Spradley, 35, was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Ashley Rebecca Spurgeon, 30, was charged with improper lane change/not proper position. Bond was forfeited.

David Clark Stryker, 55, was charged with speeding (70 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.
