Municipal Court for the Oct. 3 edition

MOULTRIE — The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

A charge of defective equipment was dismissed against Holly Alana Dupree, 33.

John Felix Eakins, 37, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Bryan Keath Eunice, 22, was charged with speeding (68 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Jaycee Amanda Eunice, 20, was charged with speeding (60 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Richard Allen Foskey, 47, was charged with speeding (53 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.

Cindy Yuliana Garcia, 21, was charged with speeding (69 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Yamila Monguia Garcia, 18, was charged with expired driver's license. Bond was forfeited.

Christi Laurele Griner, 27, was charged with speeding (59 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Charles Phillip Harris, 56, was charged with speeding (71 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

A charge of visible emissions from vehicle was dismissed against Raymond Kressley Herndon, 53.

Orlando Vazquez Herrera, 43, was charged with failure to yield after stop/stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Daniel Joseph Hill, 23, was charged with speeding (50 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.

Lee Earnest Houston, 69, was charged with speeding (61 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

David Glen Jackson, 47, was charged with speeding (50 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.

Christopher Lee Jamerson, 19, pleaded guilty to canceled registration and was fined $200.

Melvin Marquis Johnson, 22, pleaded guilty to speeding (52 in a 35) and driving while license suspended/revoked. Johnson was fined a total of $907 and sentenced to 10 months probation.

John Henry Jordan, 49, was charged with safety belts violation (adults), but the charge was reduced to a warning.

Geoffrey Lee Kent, 45, was charged with speeding (69 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Connie Patterson Kerce, 48, was charged with speeding (63 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Shameka Sherelle Kinchens, 23, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Jack Michael Kroblen, 62, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Valarie Lynell Layton, 29, was charged with speeding (61 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Carolyn H. Leggett, 60, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Anne Burns Lewis, 33, was charged with improper lane change/not proper position. Bond was forfeited.

Ferris Lee Lewis, 51, was charged with speeding (50 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.

Stewart Alligood Lucas, 22, was charged with speeding (73 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

James Edward Luke, 20, was charged with speeding (67 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Elataly Luna, 22, was charged with speeding (61 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Nicholas C. Martinez, 17, was charged with improper lane change/not proper position. Bond was forfeited.

Pedro Lopez Martinez, 26, pleaded guilty to failure to maintain lane, no driver's license and DUI. Martinez was fined a total of $1,952; was sentenced to 2 days jail, 18 months probation and 90 hours community service; was ordered to participate in the Victims Impact Panel and the Risk Reduction Program; was ordered to use an Interlock Device; and was ordered to pay $25 for an ad in the newspaper.

Salvador Santos Martinez, 32, was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Billy Gene May, 72, was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Gaylon Lawrence McCollum, 36, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and failure to yield after stop/stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Roy McGinnes, 51, was charged with speeding (53 in a 35). Bond was forfeited.

Gloria Estrada Mendez, 48, was charged with speeding (60 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Elizabeth E. Miller, 55, was charged with speeding (74 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

James Earnest Moore, 49, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

Bertha Pineda Morales, 28, pleaded guilty to no brake lights/working turn signals and no driver's license. Morales was fined $578.

Pedro Aguilar Moreno, 59, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

William C. Morton, 25, was charged with running a red light. Bond was forfeited.

Justin Murphy, 24, was charged with duty to obey a police officer and speeding (59 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Ndubuisi Apu Ndukwe, 34, was charged with expired tag. Bond was forfeited.

Courtney Deandre Nickerson, 29, was charged with pedestrian must yield if not in a crosswalk and two counts of duty to obey police officer. Surety bond was forfeited.

Kenneth Howard Osborne, 56, was charged with speeding (72 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Laquette Angelicha Pace, 37, pleaded guilty to DUI, failure to stop for an accident with damage and driving with suspended/revoked/canceled tag. Pace was fined $1,835; was sentenced to 1 day jail, 17 months probation and 60 hours community service; and was ordered to participate in the Risk Reduction Program and Victims Impact Panel.

Mary Lois Partain, 23, was charged with speeding (59 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

James Elijah Payton, 45, was charged with speeding (58 in a 45). Bond was forfeited.

Louis Jose Perez, 35, was charged with speeding (70 in a 55) and no driver's license. Bond was forfeited.

Shimekia Mekela Pinkins, 23, was charged with two counts safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Grady Allen Powell, 56, pleaded guilty to running red light and was fined $109 and sentenced to 3 months probation.

Laquana Capri Price, 20, was charged with failure to maintain lane and violation of license restrictions. Bond was forfeited.

Doris Bryant Ragan, 78, was charged with failure to maintain lane. Bond was forfeited.

Aracely Ramos, 23, pleaded gulity to running a red light and no driver's license and was fined $609.

Staci Renee Repass, 18, was charged with speeding (71 in a 55). Bond was forfeited.

Tomas Ambriz Resendiz, 51, was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

A charge of speeding (71 in a 55) was dismissed against Debra L. Rogers, 57.

Cesar Barrios Rosas, 22, pleaded gulity to removing/affixing tag with intent and no driver's license. He was fined $700 and sentenced to 6 months probation. Two other charges from the same case were continued until a later session of court.

Keith Duaine Schramm, 54, was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.
