Jane Williams Perry
MOULTRIE — Jane Williams Perry, 85, of Moultrie died Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2007, at Park Regency of Moultrie.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Hale Bishop officiating. Burial will be in Westview Cemetery.
Born May 16, 1922, in Colquitt County, she was the daughter of the late Homer and Hallie Hinds Williams. She was a teacher in the Colquitt County School System, a homemaker and a lifetime member of First United Methodist Church. She was also a member of Moultrie High School Class of 1939, Georgia State Women’s College Class of 1943, D.A.R., National Huguenot Society, Colonial Dames, the Roundtable Book Club and a charter member of Moultrie Service League.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Brooks Sheldon, a casualty of World War II; and her second husband, Charles Samuel Perry.
Survivors include two daughters, Laura Arledge and husband Guy of Atlanta and Beth Granger and husband Gary of Duluth; a son, Brooks Sheldon and wife Janet of Moultrie; and grandchildren, Travis and Wesley Williams of Atlanta, Julie and Elizabeth Granger of Atlanta, Chad Sheldon of Greenville, N.C., and Wilson Sheldon of Atlanta.
Donations may be made to the Colquitt County Arts Center, First United Methodist Church or Colquitt Regional Medical Center Hospice.

Linda Ann Spivey Magwood
MOULTRIE — Linda Ann Spivey Magwood, 64, of Moultrie, died Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2007, at her residence.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, at New Jerusalem Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles Luke officiating. Burial will follow in the St. James Pallbearer Cemetery No. 2. Friends of family will serve as pallbearers.
She was born July 27,1943, in Doerun, to the late Robert Lee Spivey and the late Laura Bell Peterson. She was married to Willie James Magwood for more than 35 years until he died. She worked as a nurse aide for a nursing home for more than two years.
Survivors include three sons, Charles Sampson Sr. of Jacksonville, Fla., Anthony Sampson and wife Yolonda of Atlanta and Derrick Sampson and wife Mary of Moultrie; a daughter, Vykki Delvalle and husband Joe of Tampa, Fla.; two brothers, Jack Spivey of Detroit, Mich., and Clinton Peterson Sr. and friend Lora Phillips of Moultrie; nine grandchildren, Aizianette and Ronald both of Tampa, Fla., Britney and Bernard, both of Moultrie, Chiquatte, Brandon and Rashant, all of Atlanta, Eric of Virginia Beach, Va., and Charles Jr. of Dallas, Texas; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.
Visitation will be Friday, Sept. 7, at Luke Strong and Son Mortuary Chapel from 6 to 7 p.m.
The family will receive family and friends at 812 12th Ave. S.E. in Moultrie.

Eva Nell Hall Harnage
MOULTRIE — Eva Nell Hall Harnage, 84, of Moultrie, died Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2007, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Cobb Funeral Chapel.
Isaac P. Robie
LARGO, Fla. — Isaac P. Robie, 61, of Largo, Fla., formerly of Doerun, died Aug. 29, 2007, in Largo, Fla.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, at Bailey Chapel A.M.E. Church with the Rev. Jeff Christopher officiating, assisted by the Rev. Bernard Collier. Burial will follow in Bailey Chapel Cemetery with Curtis Dennis, Edward Lee, James Lee, Bertrum McElroy, Charles Williams, Eddie McElroy, Freddie Robie Jr., Christopher McElroy and Otis McElroy serving as pallbearers.
Born July 1, 1946, in Doerun, he was the son of Charlie and Irene Davis Robie. He was a bricklayer.
Survivors include a son, Isaac Paul Robie Jr.; brothers, Freddie Robie and wife Clara of Lake Wells, Fla., and Charles Williams and wife Edna of Atlanta, Ga.; sisters, Margie Stevenson and husband Walter of Doerun, Betty Dennis of Albany, Ga., Ruth Lee of Moultrie and Lillie McElroy and husband Eddie of Gary, Ind.; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation will start at 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 7, at Strong Funeral Home and 9 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 8, at Bailey Chapel A.M.E. Church.
The family will receive friends and family at the home of Ruth Lee, 1314 12th St. N.W. in Moultrie.
