Batten’s second scoring pass of the half, a 5-yarder to Demario Bennett, gave the Trojans a 24-0 halftime lead.

Tift scored twice in the third quarter – on a 28-return of a blocked punt by Sataveon Woods and on a 4-yard run by quarterback Nick Prostko.

Johnny Williams scored the Trojans final touchdown on a 34-yard run in the fourth quarter.

Williams led Coffee with 126 yards on six carries. Kaream Hess rushed for 138 yards on 32 carries for Tift County.

Coffee (6-1, 2-1) will play host to Warner Robins (2-4, 1-1) on Friday. Tift County will be at home to meet struggling Houston County.
