The South Georgia CRUSH (Christians Rising Up to Serve Him) won a tournament in Nashville, Ga., on Feb. 22. The team competed in the 16-and-under age group. Second in age group
Colquitt County High student Austin Stewart finished second in the under-20 age group at the Albany Half-Marathon held on March 1. He completed the 13.1-mile race in 1:45:14.
JV baseball team pounds Cairo
The Colquitt County JV baseball team scored all of its runs in the first three innings and rolled to an 11-4 victory over Cairo on Monday at Ike Aultman Field.
The victory raised the JV Packers record to 8-2.
Middle school soccer teams get sweep in Douglas
