UPDATE 9:00 AM:Road conditions this morning

MOULTRIE — Charles Weathers, superintenant of roads and bridges, said there were no major road closures as of this morning. He said there were a few roads in the county that had water over them and that was usual for this weather.

"Mostly dirt roads that were just not built to handle this type of water," he said.

If there are any major road closures the Observer will update here.
