Photos with Santa

MOULTRIE — David Billy Starling Herndon, the 3-month-old son of David and Carol Herndon, enjoyed his first visit with Santa Claus when he had his picture made with him during a visit to The Moultrie Observer office Wednesday. Santa will return to The Observer, 25 N. Main St., from 9 a.m. to noon Friday. David Billy will see his photo published again on Saturday, Dec. 22, with many other photos of kids and adults with Santa.
