MOULTRIE — Gladys G. Bohannon, 86, of Moultrie, died Monday, Sept. 1, 2008, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 6, in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home in Orangeburg, S.C. Interment will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery.

Born Sept. 29, 1921, in Orangeburg, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Charlie Cornelius Johnson and Willie Mae Kemmerlin Johnson. She was a retired seamstress and was a member of New Elm Baptist Church in Moultrie.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Bohannon; her first husband, Richard W. McGee; her second husband, Ted Brannon; a son, Richard W. McGee Jr.; and several brothers and sisters.

Survivors include three sons, Norman W. McGee and wife Patricia of Moultrie, James W. McGee and wife Joan of Kimberling City, Mo. and Larry W. McGee and wife Lisa of Lake Wales, Fla.; 13 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 5, at Thompson Funeral Home in Orangeburg, S.C.
