DALLAS — Cason Blake Conger recently graduated from Dallas Institute of Funeral Services in Dallas, Texas, with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Funeral Service.
Conger was also awarded the Bill Pierce Award, considered by many to be one of the highest honors of a graduating student in funeral service.
Conger is the son of Patty and Tim Waites. He’s married to Eireann Robinson, and both are formerly of Moultrie. They now reside in DeSoto, Texas.
MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. — Karston Spradley from Norman Park, Ga., graduated from Georgia College at the May 2019 Commencement Ceremony with a BS Exercise Science.

DALLAS — Joseph Ryan Davis, of Moultrie, graduated from the Dallas International University (Dallas Int’l) in Dallas, Texas. Davis received the Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics with a concentration in Bible Translation in preparation for global service.
Dallas Int’l is a private, non-profit institution of higher education based in Dallas, Texas, and accredited by SACSCOC to provide bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees, equipping its graduates for international and multicultural work. Georgia State University
ATLANTA — Katherine Hanna of Moultrie earned a master’s degree from Georgia State University during the Spring 2019 semester. The university conferred degrees during its 104th commencement ceremonies in May.
ATLANTA — Robin Maisonneuve and Vivian Phan, both of Moultrie, were among more than 2,000 students who earned bachelor’s degrees from Georgia State University during the Spring 2019 semester. Students were honored during the university’s 104th commencement exercises May 8-9.
ATLANTA — To be eligible for the Dean’s List, degree-seeking students must have earned a GPA of at least 3.5 for a minimum of nine semester hours of academic credit taken at Georgia State during the fall or spring term with no incompletes for the semester. Eligible students must have a minimum GPA of 2.0 for all classes taken at Georgia State.
