A man, a woman and two children seriously burned in an explosion Tuesday had been in Colquitt County only about a day.
The owner of the camper where the explosion took place on North Pine Drive told Colquitt County deputies the family arrived the night before and he was letting them stay in the camper a few nights as a favor to a mutual friend.
Luis Paz said he didn't even know the names of the people injured, but investigators have identified two of them: Maria Lopez and her 3-year-old son Carlos. The other victims are believed to be Lopez's husband and their other child, but investigators don't know their names.
The initial investigation points to a cooking accident related to propane, the sheriff's office said Wednesday.
