Theft

• A man on Ennis Weathers Road reported on Jan. 12 that a Duncan air conditioning compressor was stolen from his residence.

• A man on U.S. Highway 319 N, Norman Park, reported on Jan. 10 that a gray and orange U-Haul two-wheel car dolly was stolen from the parking lot of Fast Track.

• A man on U.S. Highway 319 N reported on Jan. 12 that a Chevrolet Impala had been stolen from the premises.

• Adrian Maurie Ziegler, 50, 2604 Sylvester Drive, was charged Jan. 11 with robbery.

• Brandon Palmer, 20, 306 21st Avenue N.E., was charged Jan. 11 with felony probation violation and no driver’s license.

• Kareem Kashand Washington, 32, 909 First Street N.W., was charged Jan. 12 with misdemeanor failure to appear.

• Keisha Yashica Davis, 41, 424 Ninth Street N.W., was charged Jan. 12 with misdemeanor DUI on a third offense, driving with a suspended or revoked license and giving false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcement.

• Roberto Diaz Hernandez, 24, 516 Regency Village, was charged Jan. 12 with no driver’s license.

• A Thomasville man reported criminal trespass and the misdemeanor theft by taking of $200 on Jan. 10 after an unknown person broke into his Pepsi machine.

• China Café reported second degree burglary on Jan. 11 after an unknown person forcefully entered the premises and stole $400.

• A Moultrie man reported the felony theft by taking of a vehicle valued at $25,000 on Jan. 11.

Criminal Trespass

• A New China Buffet employee reported criminal trespass on Jan. 10 after an unknown person busted a window out of the entrance door.

• A Moultrie woman reported criminal trespass on Jan. 11 after an unknown person trespassed onto her property and broke her vehicle’s rear windshield.

Entering Auto

• A Moultrie woman reported entering auto on Jan. 12 after noticing that an unknown person stole her wallet, worth $42, from her vehicle.

Battery

• A Moultrie woman reported battery on Jan. 11 after a known person attacked her in her home.

• Timothy Lamar Smith, 27, 407 Folsom Street, Adel, was charged Jan. 12 with having an open container in vehicle, driving under the influence and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

• Brian Edward Bardsley, 42, 8637 Nipa Avenue, California City, Calif., was charged Jan. 10 with driving under the influence (DUI), failure to drive within a single lane, and having an open container in the vehicle.
