Derrick D. Key, 22, 734-C Third Ave. S.E., theft by taking a motor vehicle Jan. 24, property of Alexis Mathis.
Charles David Pope, 45, 417-G 31st Ave. S.E., burglary, Oct. 26, of Medicine Shoppe, 203 31st Ave. S.E., and criminal attempt to commit burglary, Dec. 1., at the same location.
Susan Claudine Jones-Green, 40, 6715 Hwy. 37 W., criminal attempt to aquire controlled substance (alprazolam) by forgery at Wal-Mart, Sept. 28.
Larry E. Lucas, 1515 Fourth Ave. N.E., sexual battery, obstruction of law enforcement officer for allegedly kicking Officer Terry Gibson Nov. 11, battery for allegedly striking Tommy Ogletree in the mouth and simple battery for allegedly striking the hand of Keith Swanner causing him to spill hot coffee on his stomach.
Derrick Smith, 27, 408 11th Ct. N.W., three counts theft by receiving two riding lawn mowers and a flatbed trailer, driving while license suspended and false report of a crime.
Anthony Bernard Gamble, 25, Culpepper St., Doerun, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute Aug. 2 at 921 Third St. S.E.
Jerron L. Blakely, 25, no address listed, sale of cocaine on Eighth Ave. S.E. Dec. 12.
Maurice D. Blakely, 24, 1304 10th Ave. S.E., sale of cocaine on Eigth Ave. S.E. Nov. 15.
Reginald J. Coates, 36, 127 Fifth St. S.W., two counts sale of cocaine at Second Ave and Fourth St. N.W. Oct. 10. and in the 200 Block of Fourth St. N.W. Oct. 31 to an undercover agent.
Calvin Q. Johnson, 38, 210 Fourth St. N.W., and Alvin Gamble, no information, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute Jan. 9 at 210 Fourth St. N.W.
Timothy A. Hill Sr., 31, 728 Second St. N.W., cruelty to children in the first degree for allegedly striking a child with an object.
Richard Stewart, 46, 613 Sixth St. S.W., possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana less than one ounce Nov. 28 in the 200th Block of Fourth Street Northwest.
Anthony L. Giddens, 21, 304 Eighth St. S.E., marijuana possessio with intent to distribute Oct. 9 at Town Terrace Motel.
Sheila J. Esther, 19, 615 Eighth St. S.E., cocaine possession with intent to distribute at Town Terrace Motel.

Bryan Keith, 18, 969 Circle Road, theft by taking a motor vehicle for allegedly stealing a 2001 GMC Yukon, property of Steve Allen, Dec. 27.
Jonathan Chad Morris, 28, 2300 Beeline Road, Coolidge, failure to pay for natural products for allegedly not paying for $6,500 of timber to Melvin Tucker in 2001.
Craig Lee Adams, 44, 2511 Sylveter Drive, obstruction of law enforcement officer, three misdemeanor counts of obstruction and misdemeanor simple battery.
Sonia M. Sutton, 38, 411 E. Gate Drive, two counts interference with government property for allegedly hitting two sheriff's office cars with her vehicle and misdemeanor driving under the influence.
Glen Leonard Lashley, 33,482 Hwy. 319 N., Apt. 2, and Audrey Sue Martin, no information, burglary for allegedly breaking into Bridges Auto Salvage at 636 Woodmen Road Jan. 11.
Robert L. Pettaway, also known as R.L. Pettaway, 39, 4542 Hwy. 319 N., Norman Park, aggravated assault for allegedly attacking Leola Herring with a box cutter, terroristic threats, family violence battery for allegedly hitting Herring numerous times with hard plastic tubing and obstruction of person making an emergency telephone call.
Shirley Denise Burk, 46, 1212 West Central Ave., two counts of insurance fraud in November 2001.
David Dewayne Ogletree,20, 1710 Holmes Drive, interference with government property, DUI, underage possession of alcohol, violation open container, defective tail light.
Tiesha Tarae Claitt, 21, 715-B Sixth St. N.W., burglary for allegedly breaking into the residence of Tiffany Mills, 417 11th Court, second degree criminal damage to property for allegedly destroying a sofa, television and DVD player.
Willie J. Harper Jr., 915 Fifth Ave. S.W., burglary for allegedly breaking into the home of Sharon Slaughter, 410 10th Ave. N.W., and possession of tools for the comission of a crime.
Michael J. Edwards, 38, 719 Ninth St. N.W., aggravated assault for allegedly assaulting Tyree King with a knife Nov. 15.
Al Jerome Young, 17, 1005 Sixth St. S.E., possession of marijuana with intent to distribute Feb. 11.
Travis C. Harris, 24, 717 Third Ave. S.E., obstruction for allegedly punching an officer and giving a false name to an officer.
