MOULTRIE, Ga. — The public is invited to an estate planning program at 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, at the Moultrie Library.
Joan Koonce, professor and Extension financial planning specialist from the UGA College of Family and Consumer Sciences, will discuss wills, probate, power of attorney for finances and healthcare, and how to navigate through the estate planning process and more.
Koonce is known for making complex information simple and fun, according to a press release from the library.
“Whether you’re planning to create your own will, trust, and other documents or hire an estate planning lawyer to draw them up, come expand your knowledge and learn more about estate planning in a relaxed, fun environment,” the library said.
