The Southern Center for Nonprofit Excellence (SCeNE) at Thomas University will hold its 2012 Seminar and Roundtable Discussion Workshop 9 a.m.-noon Wednesday, Sept. 19, at the Thomasville Center for the Arts with keynote speaker Jerold Panas, a nationally recognized expert in the fundraising field.

 Panas is executive partner of Jerold Panas, Linzy & Partners, which is one of the nation’s most highly regarded firms in the field of campaign services and financial resource development. A major force in the industry, the firm has more than 2,500 client-institutions since its founding in 1968. Panas previous served as senior vice president of Westminster College in Princeton, N.J., and as executive for administration and finances for the National Council of YMCAs.
