Recently in Colquitt County Superior Court, a grand jury found enough evidence to pursue charges against Ruben Antonio Ruiz, 26, Regency Village, Lot 69, Romel Campero Reyes, 34, Overlook Drive, and Jair Jimenez, no personal information in file, for the alleged armed robbery of Edgar Monroy and Angelica Rowulo March 5. The group faces two counts of armed robbery, one count kidnapping and three weapons charges for the alleged incident.
