MOULTRIE -- This week, a Colquitt County grand jury indicted several local men accused of child molestation.
Timothy Jay Henry, 30, 2839 Stuart Drive, was indicted on two counts aggravated sodomy, two counts aggravated child molestation, one count aggravated sexual battery and five counts child molestation for the alleged sexual abuse of a 13-year-old female sometime between January 1996 and December 2002, court records said.
Izac Gonzales, 28, 346 Grizzly Bear Road, Norman Park, faces three counts of child molestation for allegedly sexually abusing a 13-year-old female relative sometime between January 2000 and December 2002, court records said. Relative to this case, local authorities also charged Pablo Gonzalez, 26, Doc Lindsey Road, Norman Park, on one count child molestation.
Hugh Boyd McMurphy, 39, Lot 11 Trailer Park Road, is charged with one count each rape, incest, aggravated child molestation and child molestation. The alleged victim is a 15-year-old relative of the defendant, records said, and the alleged crimes occurred March 16.
Michael Anderson Stone, 26, 1707 Holmes Drive, faces two counts of child molestation for the alleged sexual abuse of an 11-year-old relative sometime between January 2001 and May 12, 2003, records said.

Timothy Wayne Myers, 289 Lazy Bear Road, Norman Park, two counts first degree forgery, two counts misdemeanor manufacture of false identification document, one count possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and one count attempt to commit violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act.
Brandon Thomas Truett, 873 Tillman Road, two counts of first degree forgery.
Marion C. Wells, 27, 610 Third St. S.W., one count financial transaction card fraud and one count possession of methamphetamine.
Felicia G. Chastain, 320-C Ninth St. S.E., one count second degree criminal damage to property. Chastain allegedly threw a concrete block against the front and back windshields of a vehicle driven by Erin Jones April 17, court documents said.
Shawn J. Hawkins, 28, 1428 Hutchinson Drive, theft by receiving stolen property, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, misdemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle without a taillight, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon, misdemeanor possession of a pistol without a license and recidivist. Hawkins had been sentenced in August 1991 for felony murder, court records said.
Michael Blakely, 41, Doerun, obstruction of a law enforcement officer.
Patricia M. Lusby, 45, 213 Kendallwood Drive, two counts terroristic threats.
Angel C. Chrisostomo, 17, 180 Dogwood Drive, one count burglary for the alleged robbery of Beaty Saw Shop, 365 Sardis Church Road, March 18. Chrisostomo also was indicted on charges of robbery, aggravated assault and burglary. He allegedly robbed Lorenzo Gutierrez, 148 Dogwood Drive, armed with a bat, court records said. The grand jury additionally indicted him on burglary charges connected to the March 19 break-in at Spencefield Baptist Church.
Bennett M. Wingard, 32, 359 Holland Road, two counts of aggravated stalking.
Patrick Eugene Smith, 33, 176 B Tillman St., Berlin, one count first degree cruelty to children for allegedly hitting a 6-year-old boy in the face April, 23, court records said.
Penny Rosales, 38, 3126 Hwy. 33 N, robbery, misdemeanor simple battery and recidivist. Rosales allegedly robbed Myreen Weeks of her purse and slapped her in the face March 5, court records said. The defendant has prior Colquitt County convictions of forgery of a financial transaction card, violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act and robbery, records said.
Shelia Renea Melton, 31, 455 R.L. Sears Road, one count burglary.
