The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:
Latismia S. Williams, 31, was charged with four counts of safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.
Debra Jo Williamson, 55, was charged with disorderly conduct. Bond was forfeited.
Lynwood Thomas Terry, 62, was charged with driving with suspended/revoked/cancelled tag and failure to maintain lane. Bond was forfeited.
Gracie Alvarado, 19, was found guilty of disorderly conduct. Alvarado was fined $325, sentenced to 10 months probation and ordered to have no contact with the codefendant.
Henri Barclay Arnold, 35, was found guilty of public indecency and was sentenced to 35 days jail.
A charge of defective equipment was dismissed against Robert Barron, 32.
Earnest Lee Blackburn II, 37, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended and taillights/lenses required. He was fined $1,374 and sentenced to 12 months probation.
Wesley Baswell Blease, 26, was charged with speeding (71 in a 55), but pleaded guilty to speeding (66 in a 55). Blease was fined $130.
Melissa Anne Clayton, 26, was found guilty of disorderly conduct and fined $325.
Cedric Davis, 31, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 10 days jail.
Karey Jermaine Elliot, 27, was found guilty of disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 24 days in jail.
A charge of failure to yield while turning left was dismissed against Yolanda Yavelle Haynes, 29.
A charge of failure to stop for an accident with damage was dismissed against Tramese Sallie Merritt, 33.
Zebulon Eli Meyer, 28, was charged with shoplifting, but pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct instead. He was fined $850, sentenced to 12 months probation and ordered not to return to Walmart.
Gregory Lee Nelson, 29, was found guilty of duty to obey a police officer and noise violation (loud noise from vehicle). Nelson was fined $804.
Takiema Owens, 20, was found guilty of disorderly conduct and was fined $1,000 and ordered to serve 12 months probation.
Angela Lorette Twiggs, 32, was found guilty of public indecency and disorderly conduct. Twiggs was sentenced to a total of 72 days jail.
Darryl Jerome Walker, 44, was found guilty of driving under the influence and failure to maintain lane. He was fined $934; sentenced to 1 day jail, 12 months probation and 60 hours community service; and ordered to participate in the risk reduction program.
Travis Wilson, 22, was found guilty of tampering with an electrical meter. He was fined $650, sentenced to 12 months probation and ordered to pay restitution of $285.75 to the City of Moultrie.
