The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Kevin Brook Browning, 29,  was charged with running red light. Bond was forfeited.

Johnathan T. Chambers, 29, was charged with expired tag. Bond was forfeited.

Utahna Kay McClelland, 22, was charged with running red light. Bond was forfeited.

Wendell Larry Sims, 60, was charged with failure to yield after stop/stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Jose Ramos Vasquez, 41, was charged with non-resident has 30 days to get license. Bond was forfeited.

Charles C. Oliva, 21, was charged with expired driver’s license. Bond was forfeited.

Juan Ortiz, 27, was charged with failure to stop at stop sign and no driver’s license. Bond was forfeited.

Leslie S. Tyson, 41, was charged with taillights/lenses required; bond was forfeited. Tyson also pleaded no contest to no proof of insurance and was fined $441.

Earnest Lee Blackburn, 63, pleaded guilty to no driver’s license and was fined $777.

Stacey B. Blackwell, 42, was found guilty of DUI and failure to maintain lane and was found not guilty of driving while license suspended or revoked. Blackwell was fined $1,639; was sentenced to 1 day jail, 14 months probation and 60 hours community service; was ordered to participate in the Risk Reduction Program and Victims Impact Panel; and was ordered to undergo an alcohol evaluation.

Ladonna Necole Bonner, 28, was found guilty of no driver’s license and DUI. Bonner was fined a total of $2,030; was sentenced to 1 day jail, 22 months probation and 60 hours community service; and was ordered to participate in the Risk Reduction Program and Victims Impact Panel.

Adrian Jemorow Burke, 38, pleaded no contest to failure to stop at stop sign and was fined $109.

Quinterrius J. Freeman, 24, was found guilty of possession of ounce or less of marijuana, driving while license suspended/revoked and light-reducing material affixed to windows. Freeman was sentenced to 61 days jail.

Jeffery Allan Graves, 20, was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor and an open container violation. Graves was fined $1,311, was sentenced to 40 hours community service, was ordered to write a 10-page paper, was ordered to participate in the Risk Reduction Program, and was ordered to have no alcohol.

Raul Capetillo Hernandez, 30, pleaded guilty to DUI, no driver’s license and failure to maintain lane. He was sentenced to 95 days jail.

Barret Caleb Jarosh, 18, was charged with littering and possession of an ounce or less of marijuana. Jarosh was fined $900, was sentenced to 40 hours community service, was ordered to write a 10-page paper on marijuana and was ordered to undergo a drug screening.

Felicia Patricia Kohler, 27, was found guilty of two counts failure to stop at stop sign. She was fined $218.

Rosalinn Levitt, 19, was found guilty of possession of ounce or less of marijuana. Levitt was fined $600 and sentenced to 12 months probation.

Johnny Frank Lovett Jr., 40, pleaded no contest to alcohol on premises and operating a business without a license. Lovett was fined $1,075 and was sentenced to 12 months probation.

Latrese Michelle Neal, 47, was found guilty of shoplifting and was fined $800, sentenced to 10 days jail and 12 months probation and was banned from Save-A-Lot.

Wilmer Orellana, 27, was found guilty of trespassing and was sentenced to 10 days jail.

Travien Jamal Walker, 21, was found guilty of shoplifting and was sentenced to 124 days jail.

A charge of malicious mischief was dismissed against Ryshell Tina Williams, 18.
