Willie Junior Brumblow

MOULTRIE --Willie Junior Brumblow, 61, of Moultrie, died Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2001, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 14, at Cobb Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Robert Tucker officiating. Burial will be in Hopewell Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mike Davis, Donnie Eubanks, Ronnie Ansley, Keith Wise, Gary Ansley and Kenny Durden.

Born Nov. 4, 1939, in Colquitt County, Mr. Brumblow was the son of the late Ellie Brumblow and Clarence Brumblow. He was a cabinet maker and a Baptist.

He was preceded in death by a son, James Brumblow.

Survivors include sons, Tommy Brumblow of Thomasville, Brian Brumblow of Meigs, Mark Brumblow of Warsaw, Ind., Paul Harris , Greg Harris, Chris Harris and Tony Harris, all of Moultrie; sisters, Ophelia Ellenburg and Doris Powers of LaGrange; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 7-9 p.m. tonight at the funeral chapel.

Cobb Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.



Corrine Elizabeth Perkins Cato

MOULTRIE -- Corrine Elizabeth Perkins Cato, 86, of Moultrie, died Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2001, at Tift Healthcare.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 13, at Rose Hill Cemetery.

Born April 12, 1915, in Worth County, Mrs. Cato was the daughter of the late Lithonia Cates Perkins and George Washington Perkins. She was a homemaker and a member of Tyson Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Julian Earl Cato.

Survivors include a sister, Mabel Weldon of Carrolton.

Cobb Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.



James Lee Adams

COOLIDGE -- James Lee Adams, 69, of Coolidge, died Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2001, at his residence.

Graveside services with full military honors will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 14, at Cobb-Suncrest Memorial Gardens, with the Rev. Donnie Wilkes officiating.

Born Feb. 12, 1932, in Houston County, Ala., Mr. Adams was the son of the late Jenny Grace James Adams and Samuel Preston Adams. A U.S. Army veteran, he was a truck driver and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include four sons, two daughters, and two sisters.

Visitation will be from 10:30-11 a.m. Friday at the funeral chapel.

Cobb Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
