MOULTRIE — Ten people were charged with a variety of crimes over the weekend, ranging from traffic violations and drug possession to burglary, obstruction of officers and bad checks.

Those who faced charges and were apprehended were:

• Luis Binuelo, 18, of 147 Little Mexico, was charged Sunday with furnishing false information to police, driving without a license (second offense), driving with an obscured tag, improper exhaust, driving with an expired tag, driving on a suspended or concealed tag and a lighting equipment color violation.

• Frankie Lee Boyd, 45, of 610 Ninth Ave. N.W., Apt. A, was charged Saturday with DUI, failure to maintain lane and driving without a license.

• Lakisha Lenette King, 20, of 311 Ninth Ave. N.W., Apt. C, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to use a seat belt.

• Latanya Sharee Swain, 26, of 223 Third St. N.W., was charged Friday with three counts of issuing bad checks.

• Laron Maurice Jones, 20, of 800-D Fourth St. N.W., was charged Sunday with burglary.

• Torrey Demetrius Brown, 23, of 611 Fourth Ave. S.W., was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession near a housing project or park, obstruction and probation violation.

• Jimmy Carlton Giddens, 41, of 30th Ave. N.E., was charged Friday with three counts of obstruction and burglary.

• Leigh Ann Miller Evans, 39, of 475 Highway 319 N., Lot D, was charged Saturday with DUI (second offense) and an open container violation (second offense).

• Stephanie Nicole Shelton, 18, of 603 W. Chattahoochee St. in Fitzgerald, was charged Monday with issuing bad checks.

• Ricardo Breshard Bodiford, 20, of 805 Second Ave. S.E., was charged Thursday with criminal trespassing and simple battery.
