MOULTRIE — More than 30 people were arrested over the weekend on a variety of charges ranging from theft and disorderly conduct to drug possession. They included:

• Daniel Demetrius Lewis, 26, of 914 12th Ave. S.E., was charged Sunday with being a fugitive from justice.

• Joshua Michael Horne, 31, of 5 Fifth St. N.E., was charged Saturday with theft by taking and entering an automobile.

• Kenny Flemming, 38, of 222 Sixth St. S.W., was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct (second offense).

• Luchious Taylor, 20, of 224 Sixth St. S.W., was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct.

• Stacy Lorenzo Debruce, 35, of 1920 Sardis Church Road, was charged Saturday with DUI, an open container violation, giving a false name to an officer, failure to use a seat belt and driving with a suspended license (third offense).

• Crescincio Corona Martinez, 31, of 589 Circle Road, Lot 42, was charged Saturday with driving without a license and impeding the free flow of traffic.

• Royal Howell, 57, of 1064 Qurugy Buton Loop in Douglas, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct.

• Brenda Moore, 42, of 812 Vollotton Drive in Valdosta, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct.

• Garfield Corbett, 29, of 1205 Sixth Ave. N.W., Apt. H, was charged Friday with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct (second offense).

• Timothy Jackson, 26, of 1808 Fifth Ave. S.E., was charged Friday with possession of marijuana less than one ounce.

• Sean Dobbins, 27, of 541 John Vickers Road in Norman Park, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana less than one ounce.

• Shannon Stevenson, 17, of 528 Ninth St. S.W., was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to use a seat belt.

• Patrick Lee McCloud, 24, of 118 Ninth Ave. N.W., was charged Friday with driving without a license and failure to use a seat belt.

• Loren Kavozier Wilson, 24, of 1307 First Ave. N.W., was charged Friday with battery.

• Mary E. Roberts, 46, of 2604 Sylvester Drive, was charged Friday with forgery and deposit account fraud.

• Quanda Pinkins, 17, of 831 Shy Manor Drive, Apt. 3, was charged Saturday with driving without a license.

• John Marquis Moore, 21, of 404 Seventh Ave. S.W., Apt. C-7, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended tag, a license restrictions violation and a window tint violation (second offense).

• Nelson Lopez, 24, of Overlook Drive, was charged Sunday with driving without a license and failure to stop for a stop sign.

• Isidro Zapeda, 37, of 515 First St. S.W., was charged Saturday with speeding, DUI and driving with a suspended license.

• Juan Sanchez, 21, of 3103 Sylvester Drive, was charged Sunday with driving without a license.

• Diego Mejia, 32, of 653 Willow Drive, was charged Friday with fighting in a public place and obstruction.

• Carlos Lopez, 33, of 651 Willow Drive, was charged Friday with fighting in a public place.

• Evelyn Neville, 23, of 208 N. Gordon Ave. in Adel, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana.

• Alexander Hayes Jackson, 17, of 137 Mt. Norman Road, was charged Saturday with the use of fighting words.

• Sandy Alonzo Stokes, 35, of 137 Mt. Norman Road, was charged Saturday with the use of fighting words.

• Maurice Andre Harris, 30, of 207 Gay Ave. in Sparks, was charged Friday with speeding, giving a false name to an officer, two counts of giving a false birthday to an officer, driving with a suspended license, tag lights required and a bench warrant.

• Gary Arch Yeomans, 42, of 133 Hancock Road, was charged Friday with driving with an expired tag or decal and driving with a suspended license.

• Michael Jay Gray, 23, of 3855 Highway 319 N. in Norman Park, was charged Sunday with DUI.

• Ricardo Buendia, 22, of 116 Harley Drive in Norman Park, was charged Friday with failure to maintain lane and driving without a license.

• Bryan Keith Wilkes, 37, of 489 Sleepy Bear Road in Norman Park, was charged Friday with DUI and failure to maintain lane.



Other Incidents:

• Leigh Conger reported a thief broke out the rear sliding window of her Nissan Frontier while it was parked at Southern Care on First Street Southeast and stole an XM radio and a medical supply bag, containing a blood pressure cuff, two stethoscopes, a box of gloves and 15 patient files, between 3:30 p.m. Friday and 4:30 p.m. Sunday. The value of the stolen items was about $200.

• Andy Stringfellow reported Sunday two female employees had rung up several items, including three curtain rods, three packages of curtains, broom handle and three shelving units, at Lowe’s for significantly less over several weeks. The value of the stolen items was $137.

• Stacy Lambright reported she was hit in the right leg by a Cadillac Deville, driven by a female acquaintance, at the American Legion on 12th Street Northwest Sunday. Lambright had a swollen right leg and ankle from the accident.

• Nancy Ortiz reported someone broke out the driver’s side window of her Mercury Cougar and tried to pry open the driver’s side door while it was parked at Two Bizzy B’s on First Avenue Southeast Saturday. Damage was $100.

• Randall Carlton reported a thief threw a brick through a window at Carlton Construction on First Street Northeast and stole a Husqvarna chainsaw, an Emerson 27-inch television, 20 CD’s, a Craftsman sawsall and a GMC 1500 truck between 6 p.m. Friday and 7:42 a.m. Saturday. The value of the stolen items was about $3,779.

• Bobby Arnold, of East Central Avenue, reported a thief broke the rear tail lights and stole two spinner hubcaps from his Ford Ranger Saturday. Damage and the value of the stolen hubcaps was about $120.

• Tammy Cone reported Friday a thief stole her Kyocera cell phone from her son’s pants pocket at the Moultrie YMCA on 26th Avenue Southeast Aug. 1. The value of the stolen phone was $150.

• Mary Justice, of Fourth Street Southeast, reported a thief stole her husband’s silver dollar coin collection, a gold wedding band, a ladies blue sapphire ring and three gold chains Friday. The value of the stolen items was over $2,500.

• Stephanie Leonard reported a thief stole her son’s Head tennis bag, containing two Head tennis rackets, a Wilson tennis racket, a pair of Under Armour shorts and an Under Armour shirt from the tennis courts on Fourth Street Southwest Thursday. The value of the stolen items was $767.

• A teller at Colony Bank on North Veterans Parkway reported finding a counterfeit $20 bill in the bank’s vault Friday.

• Darrell Funderburk reported someone damaged the money slots on 14 Pepsi Cola drink machines and six metal enclosures at Colquitt County High School on Park Avenue between 7 p.m. Thursday and 9:18 a.m. Friday. Damage was about $10,500.

• James Sutton reported someone threw rocks through two windows at his business on South Baker Street in Ellenton between 7 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. Sunday.

• Robert Hortman, of Presley Suber Road in Coolidge, reported a thief kicked open his front door and stole a Sanyo 19-inch television, a Sanyo VCR, an E-max personal computer and a Hewlett-Packard printer between 7 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. Saturday.

• Socorro Mendiola, of Langford Street in Berlin, reported Sunday a female acquaintance stole a rifle, a Dewalt miter saw, a Poulan riding mower, a couch, a love seat and a grill Sept. 1. The value of the stolen items was $2,820. The female acquaintance admitted to pawning the miter saw and rifle to a friend.

• William Crosby, of County Line Road in Doerun, reported a thief stole a Yard Machine rear tiller from his garage between 9 p.m. Oct. 15 and 3 p.m. Wednesday. The value of the stolen tiller was $500.

• Alfredo Hernandez, of Holmes Drive, reported a thief stole his Chevrolet Celebrity from his house between 11 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. Friday.
