MOULTRIE — The following people were sentenced in the February term of Colquitt County Superior Court:

• Marco Antonio Lorenzo-Tenorio, criminal attempt to commit child molestation; ten years’ prison, to be suspended upon his deportation from the United States. Lorenzo-Tenorio also was ordered not to return to the country.

• Nicholas Lee Sparrow, theft by receiving stolen property; five years’ probation, $1,500 fine, attend alcohol, drug and psychological screening and counseling.

• Paul Richard Harris, possession of cocaine; two years’ probation, $2,500 fine, attend alcohol, drug and psychological screening and counseling.

• Leroy G. Willis, theft by taking; three years’ prison.

• Stephen Allen Sheffield, criminal trespass; 12 months’ probation, pay $500 restitution, $750 fine, attend alcohol, drug and psychological screening and counseling.

• Felipe Garcia, burglary; 12 months’ jail, seven years’ probation, attend alcohol, drug and psychological screening and counseling, do not re-enter the United States illegally if deported.

• Daniel Lee Baker, exploitation of an elder person; two years’ probation, make restitution to victim, attend alcohol, drug and psychological screening and counseling.

• Johnny Jerome Walker, theft by receiving stolen property; two years’ prison.

• Jim Arthur McCullough, possession of cocaine; three years’ prison.

• Samuel Kastelic, burglary; 80 days’ jail, 40 weekends’ jail, 10 years’ probation, $1,250 fine, pay restitution to victim, attend alcohol, drug and psychological screening and counseling.

• Matthew Howell, theft by receiving; five years’ probation, pay restitution to victim, attend alcohol, drug and psychological screening and counseling, have no contact with victim.

• Caleb Alton Cobb, burglary; 40 weekends’ jail, five years’ probation, $1,500 fine, 40 hours’ community service work, pay restitution to victim, attend drug, alcohol and psychological screening and counseling.

• Parker Gary Giles, possession of prohibited items by inmates; 24 months’ prison, three years’ probation.

• Tyshaun Anthony Keith, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute; two years’ prison.

• Noah L. Sangster III, burglary; seven years’ probation, pay restitution to victim, have no contact with victim.

• Noah L. Sangster III, theft by taking; 52 weekends’ jail, seven years probation, $2,000 fine, pay $800 in restitution, attend alcohol, drug and psychological screening and counseling, have no contact with victim.

• Kalvin Tyrone Suggs, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute; three years’ prison.

• Rodney N. James, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer; four years’ prison, with credit for time served since September 2009.

• Rodney N. James, terroristic threats; four years’ probation, $1,000 fine, 40 hours’ community service work, make restitution to Colquitt County Sheriff’s Office, attend alcohol, drug and psychological screening and treatment.

• Francisco Martinez, manufacturing marijuana; 10 weekends’ jail, four years’ probation, $2,000 fine, 40 hours’ community service work, attend alcohol, drug and psychological screening and treatment.

• Anthony Jerome Martin, battery; six months’ prison, with credit for time served since October 2009.

• Anthony Jerome Martin, disorderly conduct; 12 months’ probation, $500 fine, attend alcohol, drug and psychological screening and counseling.

• Durrian Pace, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute; 10 weekends’ jail, two years’ probation, $2,000 fine, attend drug, alcohol and psychological screening and counseling.
