MOULTRIE -- Unknown offenders stole two trucks on Loblolly Road and left two green beach cruiser bicycles in their stead.

Terry Clark, 52, 112 Loblolly Road, reported to Moultrie police Friday that an unknown offender came onto his property and stole his blue 1992 Chevrolet C1500 pickup and a white 1999 Chevrolet Suburban.

Tracey Johnson, 20, 406 10th Ave. S.E., reported to police Thursday that a male acquaintance slapped her in the face, hit her with a broomstick and dragged her back inside her home when she tried to get help. He then allegedly began choking her, reports said, all in the presence of Johnson's child.

Sara Croft, 842 Hwy. 319 S., reported to the Colquitt County Sheriff's Office that a male relative struck her in the face Thursday.

J.E. Matthews, 958 Hopewell Church Road, reported to CCSO that an unknown offender stole his 1998 Honda four-wheeler, tools, machete and two rifles Wednesday.

Maria Sifuentes, 1692 Ga. Hwy. 33 S, reported to CCSO Wednesday that her home had been burglarized. Missing were $200 cash, a box containing her immigration papers and several compact discs, reports said.

C. Dean Willis, 3154 Funston-Sale City Road, reported that someone stole his white Honda Fat Cat dirt bike earlier this week, deputies said.

Allen Conger, 138 J.P. Perry Road, reported to CCSO Thursday that former tenants of his rental house at 768 Moye Road allegedly damaged the property and stole a refrigerator valued at $650, reports said.


Linda Sue Smith, 1905 George Flowers Road, was charged this week with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license, CCSO reports said.
