MOULTRIE -- The Colquitt County Grand Jury recently indicted three Colquitt County men in separate incidents of sex crimes against girls under the age of 16.
The indictments were released this week.
Jeffery Faison, 34, 842 Georgia Highway 319 South, was charged with molesting the same female child (under 16 years of age) on four separate occasions between June and September. Court reports stated Faison inappropriately touched the girl.
Abraham Lee Jr., 22, of Doerun, was charged with the statutory rape of a female under 16 years old between July and August.
Michael Bernard Enoch, 17, 1330 Haven Hill Est., was charged with the statutory rape of a female under 16 years old between September and October.
Other indictments released this week:
Keena Martin, age and address unknown, was charged with burglary in June. Yolanda Esther, 17, 589 Circle Road, was charged with theft by receiving stolen property between June and August.
In another case, Martin and Esther were charged with seven different counts of burglary. Esther was also charged with theft by receiving stolen property in that case.
John Robert Thompson, 20, 621 12th St. S.E., was charged with assault and three counts of obstruction of a law enforcement officer in August. He was also charged with discharging a firearm within 50 yards of a public street and pointing a gun at another person.
Bernard Leon Patterson, age unknown, 1403 West Blvd. S.W., was charged with obstruction of a law enforcement officer and reckless conduct in October.
Carl Edward Jenkins, age unknown, 1512 Apt. 4 First Ave. S.E., and George D. Shaw, age and address unknown, were charged with burglary in October.
Jenkins was charged in a separate case with violating the GCSA (possession of methamphetamine) in November. He was also charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of an article with an altered identification mark and theft of services.
Johnny Will Moore, 53, 1108 Ninth Ave. S.W., was charged with aggravated assault on a peace officer and four counts of obstruction of a law enforcement officer in September. Moore was charged with two counts of forgery in the first degree in another case in September.
Walter Ray Neloms, 27, 523 27th St. S.E. No. 4, was charged with theft by taking of a motor vehicle and theft by receiving stolen property in September.
Valerie Christa Cox, 22, 1320 Cook Road, was charged with burglary in September.
Rodney Shane Fulgham, 18, 1522 Funston Sale City Road, was charged with aggravated stalking in September.
In another case, Fulgham and Melvin David Ricks, 21, 143 Schramm Road, were charged with theft by taking of a motor vehicle. In that case, Fulgham was also charged with burglary.
Jason Tycon Love, 29, 504 First Ave. N.W., was charged with four counts of aggravated assault on four different people in September.
Otis Walker, also known as O.T. Walker, 34, of Tifton, was charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle and burglary in September.
Flavio Chavez, 35, 62 Regency Drive No. 1, was charged with being a habitual violator, driving under the influence (alcohol) and operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance in October. He was also charged with violating the Georgia open container law and failure to drive on the right side of the road.
Dennis Lee Mitchell, 33, 310 Fourth Ave. N.W., was charged with armed robbery (knife) and two counts of aggravated assault (knife) in October.
Robert Justin Baker, 17, 136 Suwannee Road, and Ryan Lee Vick, 18, 132 Suwannee Road, were charged with two counts of aggravated assault in September. Court reports stated they tried to run someone over with a motor vehicle twice.
Charla Evelyn Gibson (also known as Charla Boyd Gibson), 24, of Funston, was charged with theft by taking in June.
Four people were charged with theft by taking of a motor vehicle in October.
They were: David Anthony Coppock, 20, of Atlanta; Kristy Roper (also known as Brandy J. Elliott), 26, of Woodbine, Ky.; Lewis Meeks III (also known as Dimitrie Pe
nny), 20, of Monticello, Fla.; and Pamela Denise Jones, 20, of Anderson, S.C. Jones was also charged with possession of cocaine.
Oscar Lee Fields, 31, 1515 Apt. N-4 Fourth Ave. N.E., was charged with forgery in the first degree in June.
Charles Randall Yarbrough, age unknown, of Tifton, was charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle last September.
Jerri Lynne Pero, 32, 1972 Highway 37 East, was charged with forgery in the first degree in October.
Roy Lee Lovett, age unknown, 211 Second St. N.W., was charged with criminal attempt to commit the crime of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in August.
Toby Dean Glover, 25, 1601 Seventh St. S.E., and Gabriel Benavides, age unknown, of Doerun, was charged with theft by taking of a motor vehicle in October.
Patrick Anthony Bates, 37, and Sara Ann Bates, 40, both of 822 Rossman Dairy Road, were charged with forgery in the first degree in August.
Diana Rhodes Hayes, 31, 1215 S.W. Sixth St., was charged with deposit account fraud in August.
Nathaniel Pace Jr., 21, 602 Ninth St. N.W., was charged with forgery in the first degree in July.
Paul Watson, 45, of Norman Park, was charged with obstruction of a law enforcement officer and battery in November.
Carl Earnest McClelland Jr., 32, of Berlin, was charged with forgery in the first degree in September.
Marsha Lynn Presley, 32, 6701 30th Ave., was charged with four counts of deposit account fraud in September 2000.
Jacob Inmer, 21, 589 Lot 29 Circle Road, was charged with aggravated assault in September.
Adie Griffin Holton, 41, of Pearson, Ga., was charged with 10 counts of forgery in the first degree in October.
Adrian Leshon Dumas, 18, 825 Cane Mill Road, and a minor were charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle in June.
Jason Lee Baird, 17, of Funston, was charged with burglary and criminal trespass in September.
Jose Javier (also known as Fidel Rocha), 45, 193 Sunset Lane, was charged with making terroristic threats of murder and aggravated assault in September.
Tomas Gallegos, 32, 340 Willow Drive, was charged with entering a motor vehicle with intent to commit theft in October.
Georgia Ann Edwards, 36, and Melissa Ann Edwards, 20, both of 850 Apt. 8 Paradise Apts., were charged with hindering apprehension in October.
In another case, both women received joint charges with two other people for violating the GCSA (possession of cocaine) in October. The others were: Millicent Wynne Dean, 32, 1388 Cook Road, and Jerri L. Pero, 32, 1972 Highway 37.
Cedrick M. Davis, 22, 1600 Sunrise Ave., was charged with aggravated assault on a peace officer and obstruction of a law enforcement officer in September.
April L. Esther, 30, 314 First St. N.W., was charged with forgery in the first degree in September.
Ruben Antonio Ruiz, 23, 33 20th St. S.E., was charged with theft by taking in September.
Cari Denise Welch, 21, 775-A Sardis Church Road, was charged with forgery in the first degree in December 2000.
Felicia Brockington, age unknown, 719 Joe Lewis Ave., was charged with criminal damage to property in the second degree in October.
Three people received a joint charge of financial transaction card fraud in January 2001. They were: Jerome Byron Mitchell, 34, 3109 Veterans Parkway; Nikesha Dynette Smith, age unknown, 914 Seventh Ave. S.E.; and Kyna L. Arnold, age and address unknown.
