The Y will be offering progressive indoor swim lessons beginning Oct. 9, advanced swim lessons beginning Oct. 1, and Baby and Me swim lessons beginning Oct. 15. The Moultrie YMCA aquatics program stresses the importance of personal safety, personal growth and rescue skills in the swim sessions. Sale City Fall Festival
Sale City will start its Fall Festival Sept. 28, from 7 to 11 p.m., with a Street Dance with Faith Jackson performing. It will continue on Sat. It Takes A Village Cemetery Clean-up and Maintenance committee will have a Cemetery Clean-up Day on Saturday, Sept. 29, from 8 a.m. until noon, at Strong Memorial Gardens, located on 6th Ave. N.W. and 13th Street. Volunteers are needed. Please bring rakes, hoes, weed eaters, lawnmowers, garbage bags, limb trimmers, and shovels. Children over eight years old are welcome to help. Refreshments will be provided.
