ACT II, Arts Center Theatre for Youth, is holding auditions for “T.H.E. Club (Try Helping the Environment),” a play for youth 5 to 15 years old, Tuesday, March 23, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in Wright Auditorium at the Colquitt County Arts Center.

Rehearsals will be broken into hour-long sets, from 5 to 6 p.m. and from 6 to 7 p.m., on Tuesdays, to allow more youth to participate. Individuals who cannot be at rehearsal the whole time may pick the hour that fits their schedule and be in the scenes and songs for that scheduled rehearsal.

All participants must be signed up to be a part of the show no later than March 30. No additions will be made to the cast after that date. The cost is $30 per person, a one-time fee, and includes script, CD and show T-shirt.

Students will also each be assigned to a production team for the show including set design, costumes, technical and promotions. Parent volunteers are needed to work with each group. Production teams will meet on Thursdays. A complete schedule will be handed out at auditions.

No prior stage experience is required. Everyone that auditions will be included in the production. For more information, call 229-985-1922.
