MOULTRIE -- The Moultrie-Colquitt County Parks and Recreation Department's Farm League baseball tournament will be decided today with a pair of semifinal games at 12:30 p.m. followed by the championship game at 1:30 p.m.
McAlpin Signs and Wendy's will meet in one semifinal game, while Rocky's will face Zaxby's in the other.
The four teams survived the tournament's opening round played Friday at the Magnolia Sports Complex.
McAlpin Signs qualified for a Saturday game with a a 7-3 victory over Lazarus.
Eli Stripling had a home run and a triple and Daren Kent had a home run and a single and a single to lead McAlpin Signs.
Dustin McAlpin, Jim Harrison, Dillon Frazier, Jamal Jones and Austin Kinard also had hits for McAlpin Signs. Frazier's was a double.
Hector Soto had two hits for Lazarus. Mack Hathcock, Taylor Bachelor, Jacob Flinchum, Clayton Brown, Eric Gould, Hal Bennett and Drew Penuel also had hits for Lazarus.
Rocky's won the other 6 p.m. game on Friday, blanking Farm Bureau 13-0.
Anderson Glenn, Garrett Pearce and Roy Fuentes each had three hits for the winners.
Ross Goforth, Tyler Cook, Justin Hall, Tony Key and Nicholas Crawley each had two hits and Tony Simpson one hit for Rocky's.
Glenn, Crawley and Fuentes had triples and Fuentes added a pair of doubles. Pearce also had a double for Rocky's
Matt Gerald had a double and a triple to lead Farm Bureau. Ty Edgar, Cason Wells, Alex Kimbrell and Nick Newton also had hits for Farm Bureau.
Zaxby's got two runs in the first inning and cruised to a 8-1 win over American Banking Co.
Jonah Bozeman, Zachary Saunders and Caleb Brown each had three hits for Zaxby's.
Jared May, Nicholas Mobley, H.Hancock and Christian Cardin each had two hits and D.J. Hurst added a double for Zaxby's.
Cameron Matthews had two hits and Blake Bennett, Bowen Aguero and Jacob Hancock had one each for American Banking Co.
Wendy's advanced with a 15-6 victory over Bank of America.
Tyler Clay, McCants Plymel, Zackary Mims and Zeke Hembree each had three hits for the winners.
Gabe Mobley, Devin Smith and Tyler Reynolds had two hits and Tristin Frazier, Austin Mercer and Dalton Dillon had one hit each.
Dillon's hit was a double.
Mims had a home run; Clay had a triple; and Clay, Mobley, Smith, Plymel and Mims had doubles.
Colby Presley led Bank of America with three hits, including a double.
Darryl Williamson had a double and a triple; Matthew Moody, a single and a double; and Nick Nichols and Wade Hawes two singles each for Bank of America.
Austin Bass, Jared Howard, Braxton Jones and Caleb Nowland also had hits for Bank of America. Nowland's hit was a double.
