Class of 1981's Allan Ross and Rob Reid

Among those who attended the Class of 1981 reunion were two members of the 1980 Colquitt County High football team. Here they are shown after they were named the Players of Week after a 41-0 victory over Albany High. At left is first team All-Region defensive end and three-year starter Allan Ross, who received a master’s degree from Georgia Tech and now lives in the Houston, Texas, area. At right is Rob Reid, a running back, quarterback, defensive back, punter and kick returner, who was the Packers Most Valuable Player in 1980. He went on to play on the junior varsity team for two seasons at Auburn, where he earned his bachelor’s degree. He now lives in Homer, Ga.
