The Moultrie-Colquitt County Parks and Recreation Department’s youth baseball leagues are off this week because of spring break, but will return to action next Monday, April 7.

Four Midget League games will be played that night, with Southwest Georgia Bank meeting Hutchinson-Traylor at 6 p.m. and Southwest Georgia Insurance Services playing Davis Insurance at 7:30 p.m.

The Midget League has six teams this season.

Davis Insurance, which is 2-0 in the early going, includes Zachary O’Kelley, Wes Davis, Brooks Henry, Duron Rushing, Lance Giles, Skyler Jones, Jacob Walden, Caleb Williams, Justice Zeigler, Jamaree Hill, Drew Norman and Jarias Shingles. Mike Davis is the coach.

Ameris, coached by Robby Pitts, includes Cais Cook, Jeb Johnson, Austin Law, Garrett Lenz, John Lund, Tyren Parrish, Tucker Pitts, Logan Bratcher, Trace Glover, Chance Sealey, Casey Vinson and Gevon Harris.

Playing for the Hutchinson-Traylor team coached by Justin Bozeman are Lane Bruce, Dawson Branch, Daniel Burgess, Hunter Devore, Bradley Roberts, Devin Watson, Hunter Wool, Levi Stanfill, Drew Dalton, Callon Kubiak, Logan Ellenberg, Lane Fields and Lucas Tostenson.

Mobley Plant is coached by Lamar Paulk. His roster includes Tajh Sanders, Willie Almond, Chance Caulder, Tyler Coots, Omarian Daniels, Kit Hall, J.Ben Paulk, Gamal Wallace, Kason Davis, Truitt Bullard, Matthew Redding and Mar’Kabion Spradley.

Coach Cliff Taylor’s Southwest Georgia Bank team includes Jackson Avera, Taylor Azar, Garrett Morris, Gavin Parkerson, Jumantay Wilson, Nate Creech, Clinton Folsom, Mack Suber, Thomas Barry, Jaye Hampton, Vander Hampton and Owen Fluery.

Michael Boatwright is coaching Southwest Georgia Insurance Services. His players are Gabe Horne, Tyler Meads, Jonathan Menosky, Kaden Sanchez, Lance Simmons, Alex Smith, Evan Taylor, Logan Vereen, Carter Boatwright, Henry Daniels, Eason Roberts and J.T. Whatley.
